Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, fostering efficient workflows, high-quality output, and professional development.
• Oversee month-end closing processes to maintain an impressive five-day close cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages tailored for executive leadership and private equity stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Ensure full compliance with GAAP, financial reporting standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Controller, you bring proven expertise in financial leadership within manufacturing or similar industries. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or equivalent senior role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Epicor ERP and other enterprise financial systems.
• Demonstrated success maintaining tight month-end close cycles and delivering private equity reporting.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams.
• Analytical mindset for financial statement review and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in revenue range $25M-$50M organizations is highly advantageous.
