Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Controller, you bring proven expertise in financial leadership within manufacturing or similar industries. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or equivalent senior role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Epicor ERP and other enterprise financial systems.
  • Demonstrated success maintaining tight month-end close cycles and delivering private equity reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations.
