• Supervising and mentoring a small accounting team, directly overseeing critical functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and cost accounting.
• Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to streamline financial operations, automate processes, and provide real-time support for manufacturing workflows.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of key manufacturing metrics, including BOM costing, overhead allocation, and supply chain variances, to drive cost efficiencies.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial insights, recommendations, and scenario modeling for informed decision-making.
• Continuously monitoring and refining advanced financial models in Excel to enhance forecasting accuracy and support data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications
