• Foster cross-functional partnerships with manufacturing, sales, engineering, and Shared Services teams to deliver financial guidance, optimize cash flow, and streamline disbursements, credit management, and collections.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing accounting team, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
