Navigate complex multi-state sales and use tax regulations, managing filings, payments, and ensuring audit readiness. Maintain meticulous fixed asset records, from capitalization policies and depreciation schedules to tracking project costs from inception to completion, safeguarding asset integrity across all locations.
Drive transformative improvements in accounting workflows by implementing automation tools and standardization protocols. Oversee cash management, forecasting, accounts payable, and receivable operations to maintain optimal liquidity and financial health. Collaborate closely with operations teams on inventory management, ensuring accurate valuation, cycle counts, and cost tracking.
Establish robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
