  • Proactively manage cash flow forecasting, profit and loss statements, and initiatives aimed at achieving positive financial outcomes.
  • Review and refine branch budgets while contributing expertise to the development of the company's annual business plan and long-range forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and prepare for successful external audits in full compliance with GAAP and industry standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor local accounting staff, implementing training programs to build a high-performing team.

Required Qualifications for Controller Position
