Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with unwavering accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, SOX regulations, and robust internal controls.
• Manage forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting to inform critical business decisions.
• Lead support for internal and external audits, expertly handling leases, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and more.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning

• Direct the annual budgeting process, standard costing methodologies, and comprehensive long-range financial planning.
• Deliver in-depth financial analysis, operational insights, and polished monthly business review packages.
• Support capital expenditure planning, scenario modeling, and initiatives focused on performance enhancement.
• Implement and maintain effective planning and cost-control procedures to optimize resource allocation.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

• Closely monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and conduct thorough variance analysis.
• Evaluate excess and obsolete inventory, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Identify and pursue cost-reduction opportunities while tracking and reporting performance improvements.
• Accurately report the financial implications of inventory adjustments, reserves, and related activities.

Business Partnership, Leadership & Special Projects

• Provide strategic financial insights to fuel key business initiatives and decision-making.
• Collaborate across functions on automation projects, process optimizations, and operational reviews.
• Develop detailed reports covering demand planning, revenue forecasting, and account performance metrics.

Required Qualifications for Controller Position
