Key Responsibilities

• Direct payroll processing for a large, multi-state workforce, ensuring full compliance with payroll tax reporting and regulations.
• Prepare and file excise tax returns while managing contract clearances with the Department of Revenue.
• Coordinate annual financial audits, collaborating with external auditors to achieve seamless completion.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, refine accounting procedures, and uphold documentation standards.

Required Qualifications
