Key Responsibilities

In this critical leadership role, you will:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, payroll processing, banking activities, and reconciliation of accounts to maintain precision and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks, and ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, working closely with auditors to meet high-quality standards and fulfill all regulatory requirements seamlessly.
• Prepare timely and precise financial statements, supporting both internal decision-making and external stakeholder reporting needs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to highlight key trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Manage cash flow proactively to optimize liquidity, reduce capital costs, and ensure ongoing financial stability in a dynamic market.

Required Qualifications
