Required Qualifications

To excel as our Controller, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, including 5+ years as Controller or Finance Director.
  • Proven success in high-growth tech/SaaS environments, ideally Series B/C stage companies.
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and technical accounting matters.
  • Hands-on experience with financial software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead finance teams through hyper-scaling phases.
  • Strong audit management experience with clean opinions from top-tier firms.
