• Manage financial consolidations across four business entities, leveraging provided guidance.

• Partner with external auditors for seamless year-end reviews and compliance.
• Administer 401(k) matching calculations to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Supervise AP/AR clerks and perform bank reconciliations for operational efficiency.
• Support project accounting, including time/expense tracking, lump sum, and fixed-fee contracts typical in architecture.

Required Qualifications

To excel, candidates need:

• 8+ years in accounting, with Controller experience in professional services or architecture/construction.
• Deep knowledge of Deltek Vision or Vantage for project-based financials.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
