Oversee month-end and year-end closings, managing journal entries, reconciliations, and all related activities to ensure zero discrepancies and seamless reporting to the parent company.
Maintain unwavering compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, bank covenants, tax filings, and audits. Design and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets, mitigate risks, and elevate the integrity of financial reporting in this manufacturing context.
Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Collaborate with operational teams on working capital forecasts and partner with corporate stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
