Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Spearhead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and ongoing monitoring to pinpoint variances and optimization opportunities.
• Compliance & Controls: Manage timely sales/use tax filings, balance sheet reconciliations, and fortify internal controls for risk mitigation.
• Inventory & Job Costing: Maintain meticulous inventory tracking, job status reports, work-in-process schedules, billing, and equipment utilization records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advise operations teams on financial results, uncovering cost reductions and profit levers.
• Leadership & Development: Mentor and grow a team of 4 accountants, fostering efficiency and accuracy in daily workflows.
• Audit & Tax Support: Facilitate corporate audits, tax preparations, and all regulatory filings with precision.

Required Qualifications
