Required Qualifications for Success

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Active CPA certification or equivalent (CMA, CGMA).
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 5+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity.
