  • Maintain strict compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Direct HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations to support a positive workplace.
  • Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Provide financial expertise for potential M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning over the next 3-5 years.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Controller role with our Victor, NY client, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
