  • Manage Closes and Reporting: Oversee month-end close processes, prepare management reporting packages, and ensure timely financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Audit and Compliance Expertise: Coordinate annual external audits, serve as the primary liaison to auditors, and handle Form 990 preparation in collaboration with corporate teams.
  • Funding Source Mastery: Ensure proper reporting for federal/state contracts, corporate sponsorships, and other agreements, reviewing balance sheets and posting adjusting entries.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a financial partner to department heads and operations, while partnering with the technology team on system-wide projects. Support the CFO on ad-hoc initiatives.
