Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on oversight of critical financial operations:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of precise accounting records for projects and entities, guaranteeing full compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth through training and performance guidance to maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, property managers, and external partners like lenders and auditors for smooth financial coordination.
  • Handle treasury management, including meticulous bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, and precise contribution/distribution calculations.
  • Review and authorize funding requests, reserves, and write-offs in strict adherence to governing legal agreements.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with complex documents such as loan agreements, joint venture contracts, and property management agreements.
  • Perform in-depth reviews of general ledger entries, monthly/quarterly financial reports, and memos for novel or intricate accounting items.
  • Establish and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard assets and uphold the integrity of all accounting records.
  • Lead audit processes, from financial statement preparation to comprehensive internal controls evaluations.
  • Oversee tax projections and preparation, delivering timely and accurate filings to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
