  • Provide training to new and existing staff, establish annual goals, monitor progress, and handle personnel issues like conflicts, absenteeism, and performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, while making recommendations on cost controls and maintaining precise ledger/inventory statements per corporate policy.
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications for Controller Position
