  • Delivering timely consolidated monthly financial reports and partnering with property accounting, homes, and capex teams for operational enhancements.
  • Supporting third-party tax firms and external auditors by coordinating prepared by client (PBC) documentation for audits and filings.
  • Performing ad-hoc responsibilities to align with team and organizational objectives, including change management during integrations.

Required Qualifications
