Month-End Leadership

• Orchestrate the month-end close process, including complex reconciliations and the preparation of precise financial statements for timely review.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide clear, actionable commentary to leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
• Closely monitor cash flow dynamics and working capital performance to optimize liquidity and financial health.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Corporate Controller role, candidates must bring:

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
