  • Contract Mastery: Handle negotiation, drafting, review, and oversight of diverse contracts including vendor Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), legal terms, NDAs, and more—managing their full lifecycle.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with contract administrators, business units, IT, and leadership to facilitate smooth internal reviews and approvals.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for interpreting contracts, company policies, and legal terms, building trust across teams.
  • Innovation Driver: Champion process improvements through CLM platforms, AI technologies, and workflow automation to boost Legal team efficiency.
  • Project Support: Tackle special projects in franchise development, human resources, compliance, and other areas as needed.
