Key Responsibilities

As Corporate Trade Senior Manager, your leadership will be pivotal in safeguarding the organization's global operations:

• Lead comprehensive import/export compliance programs throughout the Americas region, ensuring seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Big 4 Indirect Tax, trade consulting, legal trade counsel, or audit experience with export compliance focus.
• 5-10 years in import/export compliance, ideally managing Americas-wide programs.
• Deep expertise in U.S. EAR/ITAR, customs brokerage, sanctions (OFAC), and international trade agreements.
• Proven track record in export classification, licensing (e.g., SNAP-R, DECCS), and jurisdiction rulings.
• Strong analytical skills for duty drawback, FTZ operations, and trade data optimization.
• Experience with trade compliance software (e.g., Amber Road, Integration Point) and ERP integrations.
