Key Responsibilities

Core Financial Duties

  • Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly gross margin analyses, presenting actionable data to senior leadership for informed business strategies.
  • Support month-end close processes by handling journal entries, accruals, inventory valuations, and roll-forward schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Analysis and Compliance

  • Coordinate with IT teams on system maintenance, troubleshooting ERP issues, and developing enhancements for streamlined financial workflows.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations for sales, costs, inventory, and liabilities, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Review inventory and margin reports, conduct in-depth research, and execute cost and profitability studies to drive better decision-making.
  • Support audit preparations, tax schedules, and other compliance requirements, ensuring all submissions are accurate and on time.
