Key Responsibilities
Core Financial Duties

- Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly gross margin analyses, presenting actionable data to senior leadership for informed business strategies.
- Support month-end close processes by handling journal entries, accruals, inventory valuations, and roll-forward schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Analysis and Compliance
- Coordinate with IT teams on system maintenance, troubleshooting ERP issues, and developing enhancements for streamlined financial workflows.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations for sales, costs, inventory, and liabilities, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
- Review inventory and margin reports, conduct in-depth research, and execute cost and profitability studies to drive better decision-making.
