  • Monitor manufacturing variances in real-time, pinpoint root causes through rigorous analysis, and propose actionable corrective measures to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and production leaders to deliver insightful cost analyses, accurate forecasting, and profitability-enhancing recommendations.
  • Spearhead monthly and quarterly cost close processes, handling complex reconciliations, journal entries, and ensuring timely financial closes.
  • Prepare executive-level cost reports, financial analyses, and key performance metrics, presenting findings to senior management with clarity and confidence.
  • Uphold strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal policies while fostering a culture of excellence in cost accounting practices.

Required Qualifications
