Quote rates, monitor progress, schedule, and facilitate the smooth movement of client freight and goods, always ready to provide real-time tracking updates. Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, orders, errors, comments, and complaints to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. Regularly review and update inventory levels, order statuses, and billable activities. Support general office functions such as answering phones, filing documents, processing billing, and compiling vital customer and market data. Communicate professionally with the Warehouse Team, fellow Account Executives, and Management to resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or other operational challenges. Adhere strictly to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies to uphold the highest service levels.
