Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Operations and Governance

• Spearhead enterprise-wide data operations, governance, and quality initiatives to establish scalable frameworks.
• Drive the elimination of spreadsheet dependency by implementing automated, reliable data pipelines and a centralized data warehouse.

Strategic Partnership and Roadmap Execution

• Collaborate with e-commerce, retail, supply chain, customer insights, buying, and planning teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap that prioritizes operational efficiency and commercial growth.

Infrastructure and Insight Acceleration

• Enhance data infrastructure using cutting-edge analytics platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Optimize data structures, processes, and tooling to accelerate insight delivery and support real-time decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and quality, enabling high-confidence reporting and analytics across the organization.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Data Operations Manager, you bring:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data operations, analytics, or data engineering leadership roles.
• Proven success scaling enterprise data operations in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain environments.
• Deep expertise in data governance, quality management, and establishing a single source of truth.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern analytics platforms, cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, translating complex data concepts into business value.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing without authority.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and reducing manual reporting workflows.

Bonus points for experience in agile data methodologies, Python/SQL proficiency, or certifications like CDP or Google Data Analytics.
