Key Responsibilities

Architecting AI Solutions

Design and architect enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions spanning Machine Learning, Generative AI, Deep Learning, Virtual Assistants, and Cognitive Services including Vision/Image and Text/Language processing. Develop comprehensive AI roadmaps, future-state architectures, and detailed design artifacts to guide organizational transformation.

Prototyping and Innovation

Rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for AI models and algorithms. Experiment with fine-tuning LLMs, training custom models, and rigorously assessing performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes.

Data and Tool Expertise

Perform in-depth data exploration, cleansing, and feature engineering to prepare high-quality datasets for model training. Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks while conducting thorough ROI analyses to maximize business value.

Leadership and Mentorship

Guide and mentor engineering and data science teams through the full lifecycle of AI/ML solution design, deployment, and seamless integration into enterprise workflows. Continuously scan industry innovations, staying ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies to apply them effectively to real-world business problems.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Data/Information Architect role at Robert Half's client, candidates must demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture, prototyping, and experimentation.
• 5+ years working with AWS and/or Azure data, analytics, and AI services.
• 3+ years of experience with data science tools and frameworks.
• Recent, hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native services including data storage, compute, networking, and security.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
