At the core of this role is overseeing daily administrative operations to keep the design studio humming efficiently. You'll manage scheduling for appointments and meetings, coordinating effortlessly with clients, designers, and internal teams to prevent overlaps and maximize productivity. Expect to handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors with a warm welcome, fielding phone calls professionally, and responding to inquiries promptly via email or in person.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom is crucial for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere that impresses every visitor. You'll also monitor inventory levels for supplies, office materials, and studio essentials, placing orders proactively to avoid disruptions. Data accuracy is paramount— you'll input and manage information in company systems, ensuring all records support smooth processes from client onboarding to project tracking.
Collaboration is key: work closely with team members to address client needs and deliver seamless experiences. Assist in preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal reviews or external submissions.
