Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on Apple products. Manage and configure Apple devices using Jamf Pro MDM (Mobile Device Management) to optimize performance, enforce security policies, and streamline deployments. Administer user accounts and access permissions via Okta, ensuring secure and compliant identity management for all organizational users.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching for computer hardware and software systems. Offer hands-on guidance and training to end-users on device functionality and applications, empowering them to resolve basic issues independently. Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical challenges, fostering innovation in system reliability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all technical issues, resolutions, system updates, and configurations. Ensure strict adherence to organizational IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements while continuously monitoring and enhancing system performance.
To excel as our Desktop Support Analyst, candidates must possess hands-on experience in IT support environments. Key qualifications include a strong background in troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, with specialized expertise in Apple devices.
