Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on Apple products. Diagnose and resolve system issues swiftly across diverse technologies, including Cisco networking platforms and Citrix virtualization environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Device Management and Administration

Manage and configure Apple devices using Jamf Pro MDM (Mobile Device Management) to optimize performance, enforce security policies, and streamline deployments. Administer user accounts and access permissions via Okta, ensuring secure and compliant identity management for all organizational users.

Maintenance, Training, and Collaboration

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching for computer hardware and software systems. Offer hands-on guidance and training to end-users on device functionality and applications, empowering them to resolve basic issues independently. Documentation and Compliance
