  • Performance Analytics: Dive deep into marketing data to analyze performance, enhance lead quality, boost conversion rates, and increase resident engagement, using insights to refine strategies in real-time.
  • CRM & Systems Optimization: Maintain and fine-tune CRM and property management software including Yardi, RentCafe, or similar systems to streamline lead tracking, resident communications, and operational efficiency.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor critical key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead volume, tour bookings, lease conversions, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure campaigns deliver measurable growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with onsite property teams to maintain consistent branding, messaging, and promotional efforts that resonate with prospective residents.
  • Digital Presence Oversight: Manage website content updates, drive SEO/SEM initiatives for higher search rankings, and handle online reputation management to build trust and attract high-quality leads.
  • Reporting & Insights: Create compelling reports, interactive dashboards, and actionable recommendations for leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications
