Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and create realistic timelines for digital initiatives including website redesigns, marketing campaigns, and technology implementations.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate diverse teams spanning creative design, web development, content marketing, SEO specialists, and analytics professionals to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required Qualifications for Success

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital projects, preferably in marketing agencies, tech firms, or corporate environments.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile/Scrum teams through complex digital transformations.
