Key Responsibilities

The Director will lead with vision and precision, managing all aspects of data operations:

• Oversee a high-performing Data Analytics & Reporting team, guiding the collection, aggregation, analysis, and trending of data primarily from pharmacy systems.
• Collaborate with IT departments and C-suite executives to implement streamlined processes that enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in data practices.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic mindset:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and reporting, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy or healthcare data systems, including data extraction and integration.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, ETL tools, and visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
