Our Director will bridge technical analytics expertise with business strategy, delivering measurable ROI through optimized media campaigns across digital, social, TV, and emerging channels. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Data Science, and Business Intelligence to create holistic solutions that exceed client expectations and drive long-term partnerships.
Strategic Analytics Leadership: Develop comprehensive measurement frameworks, campaign data strategies, and rigorous media testing plans designed to maximize client campaign performance and ROI. As the senior analytics authority for marquee accounts, you'll distill complex performance datasets into crystal-clear, executive-ready strategies and presentations.
Advanced Reporting & Visualization: Architect sophisticated reporting dashboards using industry-leading tools like Tableau, Datorama, and advanced Excel functions. Your visually compelling insights will reveal critical connections between performance metrics and key variables including customer touchpoints, geographic performance patterns, creative sequencing effectiveness, and optimal channel placement strategies.
Data Mastery & Insight Generation: Synthesize insights from diverse sources including first-party customer data, third-party audience segments, ad server logs, and proprietary market research. Your analytical prowess will uncover hidden opportunities that refine and elevate marketing strategies across the client portfolio.
Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide inspirational leadership to your analytics team through goal-setting, performance management, and strategic talent development.
