Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain clinical site agreements with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and diverse healthcare organizations to expand placement opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships tailored to support nursing, allied health, and health sciences programs.
  • Ensure unwavering healthcare compliance adherence to state, federal regulations, and accreditation bodies like ACEN or CCNE.
  • Represent the organization professionally at healthcare conferences, networking events, and partner meetings to foster new collaborations.
  • Oversee student health record compliance, onboarding processes, and documentation for smooth clinical rotations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between academic leadership and clinical partners, proactively resolving issues and optimizing student experiences.
  • Lead the development of compliance programs and operational strategies to support scalable growth in clinical education.
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in clinical partnerships, healthcare operations, or nursing education administration.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing clinical site agreements within hospital and long-term care settings.
