Key Responsibilities

  • Providing enterprise-wide oversight for subsidiary governance and statutory compliance, promoting uniformity and adherence globally.
  • Maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of critical corporate data, including directors, shareholders, and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)/Persons with Significant Control (PSC) records.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and the Board on governance matters, emerging regulations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Managing shareholder and investor relations, including timely reporting and disclosure obligations.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external audits, regulators, and advisors to deliver seamless coordination and superior results.
  • Championing continuous improvements in governance controls, effectiveness, and reporting to fuel the organization’s long-term strategy and expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory environments, statutory filings, and compliance standards across key jurisdictions (e.g., US, EU, Asia).
  • Demonstrated success in Board governance, policy development, and stakeholder advisory services.
