Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

  • Conduct variance analysis, delivering actionable insights to optimize financial performance.

Compliance, Audits & Risk Management

  • Implement and monitor robust internal controls to protect assets and mitigate risks.
  • Lead annual financial audits, Uniform Guidance Single Audits, and program-specific reviews.
  • Navigate federal, state, and FQHC regulations to maintain compliance excellence.

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and enhance financial software systems for efficiency and data integrity.
  • Champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

Required Qualifications
