Apply advanced knowledge of revenue recognition standards specific to nonprofits, ensuring proper accounting treatment of grants, restricted funds, and contributions. Collaborate with auditors and prepare documentation for financial audits.
Work closely with program managers, finance teams, and external grantors to align financial reporting with organizational objectives. Mentor junior staff and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Candidates must possess strong grant accounting and reporting experience, with a proven track record in budget preparation and financial analysis.
