  • Leverage Florida-specific knowledge of apartment rentals to optimize renewals, maintain high occupancy rates, and boost revenue performance.
  • Establish and enforce company-wide policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor portfolio performance metrics, including financials, resident satisfaction, and maintenance standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership by motivating teams, resolving complex operational challenges, and interacting professionally with co-workers, supervisors, prospects, residents, vendors, contractors, and the public.

  • Experience with affordable housing programs and Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
  • Excellent communication abilities: read/interpret documents, write reports, speak effectively to groups, and apply common sense to instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Above-average organizational, verbal, and customer service skills, with proven leadership in fast-paced settings.
