If you thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with approximately 10% travel and have 8-12 years in pharma pricing or market access, this position delivers executive visibility, competitive $200,000 base salary, and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

Collaborate with key teams including U.S. Market Access & Patient Services, Government Affairs, Finance & Government Pricing, Legal, and Compliance. Ideal for seasoned professionals from brand/specialty pharma with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Benchmark and Track Market Dynamics: Analyze payer/PBM behaviors, formulary placements, contract performance, and competitive pricing benchmarks domestically and globally.

Leverage Data for Reimbursement: Harness claims data and forecasting tools to craft robust, compliant reimbursement strategies that maximize revenue.

Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner with Market Access, Government Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial to align pricing on competitive, regulatory-compliant approaches.

Excel in a dynamic biopharma setting where your insights directly support executive decision-making and long-term growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8–12 years in pharmaceutical pricing/contracting, policy analysis, market access, or advanced analytics, focused on brand/specialty products.

Education: Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, Finance, Healthcare Management).

Expertise: Deep knowledge of U.S. reimbursement landscape, pricing frameworks; hands-on with value-based contracts and policy impacts. Global experience a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SAS, R, Python, or Tableau for modeling/visualization; experience with claims data and forecasting.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communicator who distills complex data for leaders; analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with an entrepreneurial mindset for multi-initiative management.
