Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will span operational excellence, technical oversight, and team development:

• Own end-to-end service delivery performance, implementing KPIs, scorecards, and structured meeting cadences to ensure consistent excellence.
• Enforce clear escalation paths, positioning yourself as the final internal resolver before executive escalation, minimizing disruptions.
• Deliver hands-on technical leadership for complex, stalled issues, leveraging deep expertise in Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint security, BCDR, and networking.

• Govern key tools including PSA platforms, RMM solutions, documentation systems, security tools, and backup technologies for optimal efficiency.
• Streamline onboarding processes and elevate documentation quality to accelerate team ramp-up and knowledge sharing.
• Build high-performing teams through targeted coaching, training programs, and rigorous performance management.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to bolster client retention and fuel business expansion.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings proven MSP leadership and technical depth:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment, understanding the nuances of client-facing IT operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing service delivery or technical operations at manager or director levels.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and running accountability frameworks, including KPIs, operational standards, and performance discussions.
• Technical mastery in Microsoft 365 administration, identity solutions (e.g., Azure AD), endpoint and security management, backup/disaster recovery (BCDR), and foundational networking.
