As Division Controller, you will serve as the financial steward for the entire division, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to support key initiatives like cost reductions, capital investments, and potential M&A activities. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Active CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a controllership or divisional finance leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution sectors.
Expertise in financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, advanced Excel, and BI tools. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and ERP implementations. Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams. Excellent communication abilities to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and internal audit processes. Ability to drive process improvements and deliver results in a collaborative setting.
