Conduct in-depth interviews with target company management, following up to validate key metrics like quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows. Synthesize findings into comprehensive Financial Due Diligence reports, covering Quality of Earnings, Quality of Net Revenue, Debt and Debt-like items, and Net Working Capital analysis. These reports become cornerstone documents in transaction processes.
Deliver strategic advisory on potential risks, helping clients navigate complex healthcare regulations, revenue cycle nuances, and post-merger integration challenges. Collaborate with Robert Half's national network to deliver seamless service on multi-jurisdictional deals.
