Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead complex EDI integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, utilizing Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation and real-time data synchronization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of EDI onboarding for new trading partners, including mapping, testing, and go-live support.
  • Proactively monitor EDI flows using advanced tools, swiftly resolve production incidents, and lead thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee EDI vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, optimize costs, and enforce performance standards for maximum ROI.
  • Implement and maintain secure data exchange protocols via SFTP, RESTful APIs, and industry-standard EDI formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
  • Collaborate closely with global teams in logistics, sales, operations, and IT to align EDI strategies with broader supply chain objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, develop KPI dashboards for executive reporting, and ensure full compliance with regulations including PII protection and GDPR.

Required Qualifications
