  • Maintain critical records including material safety data sheets (MSDS), exposure logs, hazardous waste reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Foster continuous improvement through monthly progress reports on safety plans and 5S implementation.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with ITP Aero MRO HSE teams in Spain and Mexico, plus local operational leaders.

Additional duties may include chemical sampling strategies and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Required Qualifications

To succeed, candidates must bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field (Master’s degree highly desirable).
  • At least five years of experience in industrial environments, with proven expertise in regulatory compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, ISO 45001/14001 standards, accident investigation methodologies, and chemical measurement sampling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, safety technologies, equipment for inspections, and 5S practices.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 30, First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications.
