Provide hands-on technical assistance for a wide array of devices, including hardware, software, wireless connectivity, printers, and network peripherals. Act as the campus authority on Apple devices, expertly handling Mac configurations, while overseeing Windows device setups to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Administer critical servers supporting campus-wide devices, implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and robust security configurations. Install and maintain Mac and Windows operating systems, applications, and imaging processes, streamlining deployments for hundreds of users.
Configure and maintain Mac infrastructure, including remote management tools, automated deployment systems, and software licensing servers. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and software issues proactively, minimizing downtime across the institution.
Manage all aspects of campus printer installations, maintenance, and remote deployments, including custom software packaging. Collaborate with vendors to select optimal network hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effective and future-proof solutions.
Create detailed documentation for all processes and participate in rotating on-call duties to provide 24/7 support, fostering a reliable technology ecosystem.
