Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Device Management

Server and Infrastructure Administration

Administer critical servers supporting campus-wide devices, implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and robust security configurations. Install and maintain Mac and Windows operating systems, applications, and imaging processes, streamlining deployments for hundreds of users.

Advanced Mac and Deployment Expertise

Configure and maintain Mac infrastructure, including remote management tools, automated deployment systems, and software licensing servers. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and software issues proactively, minimizing downtime across the institution.

Printer and Vendor Collaboration
