  • Generate certified payrolls using in-house software post-processing.
  • Organize, email, and file certified payroll documents weekly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on certified payroll and related matters professionally.
  • Handle union weekly and monthly hour reporting and payments.
  • Set up awarded jobs and contracts in the ERP system efficiently.
  • Assist in bid preparation, gathering necessary documents and support.
  • Review, edit, and file contracts with precision and attention to detail.
