In this critical position, you'll serve as the go-to expert for our client's Sage X3 ERP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be dynamic and rewarding. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and translate them into effective Sage X3 configurations and customizations.
• Configuring core Sage X3 modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align perfectly with functional business needs.
• Developing and maintaining technical components, including custom scripts, advanced reports, integrations using Web Services and APIs, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Troubleshooting and resolving both functional and technical system issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Managing upgrades, patches, and environment migrations with a focus on zero-disruption operations.
• Creating comprehensive user documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and delivering hands-on training to end-users and support teams.
• Partnering with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to uphold system integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Providing expert support throughout implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and go-live phases.

Required Qualifications

To succeed, you'll bring:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Sage X3 Consultant, with proven techno-functional expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Sage X3 modules including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Sage X3 development tools, scripting, report creation, and API/Web Services integrations.
• Experience with system troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and migration management.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration, training, and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
