Key Responsibilities

• Managing multifaceted technology programs with complex integrations across supply chain, finance, and production modules.
• Overseeing diverse cross-functional teams comprising internal resources, third-party vendors, and global service partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Crafting detailed business cases, performing in-depth feasibility studies, and presenting ROI analyses to executive stakeholders.
• Vigilantly monitoring project budgets, forecasting financial outcomes, and mitigating fiscal risks to safeguard profitability.
• Deploying robust delivery methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks alongside stringent program governance structures.
• Championing stakeholder engagement through workshops, town halls, and executive reporting, while spearheading change management to ensure user adoption.
• Providing formal governance via leadership of Steering Committees, advisory board participation, and portfolio-level decision-making.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• Proven success managing enterprise-scale technology programs valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreams.
