Key Responsibilities

Committee Support & Administration

You'll advise chairs and members, facilitate strategic communications, and organize all logistics—from room setups and audiovisual equipment to Zoom monitoring and attendance scanning. Expect to collaborate with volunteer leadership to plan activities, transcribe notes, follow up on action items, and manage communications as the main point of contact. Additional tasks involve handling committee swag and t-shirt orders with vendors (including logo approvals and timelines), monitoring budgets for supplies and expenses, communicating marketing needs internally, and procuring/replenishing supplies.

Annual Programs & Recognition

Required Qualifications
