Collaborate with paralegals and partners to ensure seamless case progression from intake to resolution.
Provide empathetic counseling to clients facing emotional family crises. Explain complex legal concepts in accessible terms, set realistic expectations, and guide them through processes like asset valuation and custody evaluations. Maintain meticulous records and communicate updates promptly via secure client portals.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Oregon State Bar. Experience with Washington State Bar is a plus for cross-border cases.
At least 3-5 years of dedicated family law practice, including trial experience in district and circuit courts. Proficiency in family law niches like paternity actions, domestic violence restraining orders, and post-decree modifications.
