· Coordinate and schedule installations based on product readiness, customer construction schedules, and installer availability. · Schedule projects efficiently to meet contract agreements while maximizing internal and third-party field technicians' capacity. · Monitor and update schedules in real-time to handle cancellations, delays, emergencies, or any unforeseen issues.

Collaboration and Prerequisites

· Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to confirm all prerequisites like permits, equipment, and site access are ready before installs. · Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Installation Managers to review site coordination, project photos, and checklists. · Schedule appropriate equipment from vendors such as Sunbelt Rentals and LGH for each job.

Logistics and Tracking

· Coordinate the shipment of toolboxes between installation sites to ensure continuity. · Track installer availability, time off requests, and overall capacity to optimize workforce utilization. · Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all completed and pending installations.

Systems and Reporting

· Leverage scheduling and CRM systems (Schedule It, Salesforce, Business Central) to create jobs, file photos, and organize checklists efficiently. · Identify scheduling conflicts, inefficiencies, or resource shortages and report them promptly to leadership. · Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
